Falling this deep in love with you
was not part of my plan
but the feelings were too strong
i could not fight them back
they came so fast
i didnt know how to react
so i just followed my heart
then it led me straight to your arms
i was so comfortable around you
i could talk to you about anything
even when i had my down moments
you always seemed to make me laugh
then the last day of school came
i had to say goodbye
tears were filling my eyes
i tried to hide them but they just fell down my face
i was embarassed
i felt like a big baby
but you didnt mind
you just gave me a big hug
you tried to make me smile
and yes it worked
but when i got in the car and drove away
the smile soon turned upside down
i will never forget that day
the last time i saw you
& even though its been awhile
since weve seen each other
my love for you has remained the same
even if we never speak again
