Let Her Fly.

by graeme   Dec 2, 2006

Now she is happy my pain was worth it,
My anguish and depression finally produce a result,
The one that I love has flourished and now can be happy,
The weight has gone and now she can fly higher than before,
She has found her happiness and now I've lost mine,
My unhappiness is covered by her newly found existence,
An existence which hurts me because I'm not the architect,
I'm promised happiness in silence from my secret angel,
My happiness will never come I will never learn to fly,
So now I look above me and see the joy I've allowed to be,
And somewhere in my heart it brings a little back to me.
