My First Love

For me the sun shines all day long,
My heart is always light.
When you're around there's nothing wrong
You make my world so bright.
Your face I see each night I sleep.
Your voice I always hear.
When you're away I want to weep.
I always want you near.

I need you like we all need air,
Even more it seems.
In happiness we can share
All our lives, our dreams.
So if in anger we do part,
I just want you to know
If you go you'll take my heart
Because I love you so.

    Lovely penned once again...i don't have to say this is great, but this was awesome penned! verses of love poem you potray here.... "a love is like a flower, yet, some day it, too, may bend, Should there ever come to pass, a strong summer wind. Then love, so like the flower, when the wind should come to test, will again be strong as ever, and blossoming at it's best. Respect and admiration, are what made love so strong, Trust and understanding, made it last so long. no special skills were needed, Only two who truely care, Each more for the other, and eager to do their share."

    Wow! At 15 you wrote this...man you are good! This is such a good poem, and I still can't believe you've had it all this time. I mean, I've got stuff a few years old, but I guess I never thought about down the road. I suppose I'd still have it too! Wow...just incredible.
