What is love?

Your voice is different from all others
I may listen to theirs...
but i hear yours

Your eyes are different from anyone elses
i see the reflection of theirs...
but i see into yours

Your touch is different then any i have ever encountered
i'm aware of their hands...
but i can feel yours

Your smile is stronger then one i've ever seen
for those of others bring a smile to my face...
but your's brings a smile to my heart

Words have been thrown to me all my life
but from others that's all they are, words...
yours have impact...they mean something

I have cried before
the tears they caused that I believed would never end...
you took them away

Certain things have always given me butterflies
But somehow they would always fade
The ones you give me never do

In life bad things happen
People hurt me and make me mad
But with you I can never stay angry

When there have been fights
Other guys may have come back...
But you never left

Truly caring is an intense and personal emotion
Others say it...
You show it

I know that nomatter what life throws at me
That I have you
And if all this isn't love...
Then what is???
