Dandelions

by Joyce Lee salinis   Dec 4, 2006

Dandelions

held above the grounded leaves

by a silk supple stalk

a puff ball radiates on top

composed of seeds of the weed

that scatter easily in sudden breeze

fuzz parachutes spread the seed.
