Love or Lust

by Lance Hardy   Dec 4, 2006

Empty words and phrases
Flutter around me
Replying with meaning
A simple mistake

Lost in the pages
Of a thrillful world
Blinded by dreamy conceptions
Why girl?

Following that path
Hungry for that dream
The moment of truth
Ravages my den

Thoughts, are just that
They don't speak alone
Don't open your mouth
Spouting false hope

Choose from the start
Don't build up the lies
Suffering your victim
Under that hazy guise

Its love or lust
But hurry, be quick
The cannonballs are ready
To sink this last ship

    What ship? O_o

I like it though, in all seriousness. Though I'm leaning towards lust more =[
