This Pain

You leave me behind
as if I were a memory
from the past

Thinking about the
times that you
treated me like crap

You always did say
you would never do
me like that

But it was all wrong
they were just words
there to just fool me

Those words you said
blinded me from all
it was all you in sight
from then and on

Since then I couldn't see
no more cuz I fell so hard
and blurr was all i saw

You said I was your queen
and you were my king
and happy we would be

But only sleepless nights
and unhappy times
with you I've spent in my life

Therefore I pray each
night that I stop going
through this pain

That's leaving me
helpless and
driving me insane
