She Said "I Love You"

I smiled as i am walking
i smiled as i cry...
she smiled back at me
happiness is in her eyes
"i love you my darling"
and i just don't know why
i feel like i am nothing
i feel like i could die
make the world happy
and leave with out saying a thing
i just feel worthless
i don't feel like i can see
i feel like a failure
so why does she stand by me
she could find so much better
she could have them all
but she stands by me
standing proud and tall
i don't understand
i don't know why
she will always and forever
be by my side...
