The Darkness Within

by Diana   Dec 5, 2006

Cold wind whips the night air;
Making a mess of my long blonde hair.
The moon mocks my every stride;
If anyone said I loved them they lied.

I'm not one to lie;
I just want to die .
seeking the darkness behind the moon;
Every one leaves just a little too soon.

I say i love you what i mean is i don't;
when i say i will what i mean is i wont.
a million curses fill my head ;
I don't want to be here i want to be dead.

The darkness edges on shadows rule the night;
I might smile sweetly but i really want to bite.
I never know all the places Ive been;
All i know is the Darkness within.
