Crush

by Peter Williams   Dec 7, 2006

I still want her,
I still need her,
I still think about her every day and night.

Just one kiss,
Give me this,
I need to hold her next to me.

I forgot her face,
I forgot her smile,
But I still dream a dream about her.

Each time I talk to her my voice gets lighter,
Each time I think about her my mind starts to wander,
One day my mind will never come back.

One day I will hold her in my arms,
One day I will kiss her,
Each time will be like the first.

I feel like I can't breath,
I feel like I'm dying,
When I'm not with her.

I do want her,
I do need her,
I do think about her every night and day.

She's crushing my heart,
As I 'm crushing hers,
'Til there's nothing left but bloody hands.

I really loved this poem... it showed deep thought... I really like mostly the whole thing but the part that said
    "I forgot her face,
    I forgot her smile,
But i still dream a dream about her"
That stood out i really liked it...
    Keep up the great work

I can't believe 55 people have viewed this and no one has reviewed it! this is amazing.

    "I forgot her face,
    I forgot her smile,
But I still dream a dream about her."

that had to be my favorite verse. it just stuck out. wonderfully written.
