Falling, But Into Who?

by Ms Joanna Dark   Dec 7, 2006

Is it wrong to want you the way I do
After everything we've put ourselves through
Watching as we let it all slip away
I never thought I'd still cry to this very day
We're holding a dream destined to fail
Yet we seem to keep walking this old broken trail
Tell me why do we always do this to ourselves
With plenty of old loves collected on our shelves
Why do we find this comfort in eachother
That we can't seemed to find in a single other
This isn't what I wanted to fight
But under the circumstances, it just isn't right
I never wanted to get this tangled up
Thought I was happy with just this half cup
Seems again I proved myself wrong
Yet I'm finding it harder to just remain strong
Thousands of miles could tear them apart
But I still feel this song in the depths of my heart
Struggling to find an answer to this
A destined love that's always missed
In whose arms will I find my true home
Or will I surrender and live life alone
Confusion is tearing everything I am in two
Am I happy with him or am I falling for you?
