Fractured Heartbeat

by Keesha   Dec 8, 2006

Her legs begin to shake uncontrollably
heartbeat to rapid
mind clouded, head spinning.
Eyes contract to take in everything,
not willing to miss a second.
Lips parting, breathing uneven.
She's much too warm,
yet she shivers.
Taking in his scent,
wishing she could capture it.
His heat pulsing off onto her,
with every movement.
Wanting to fall asleep in his eyes,
slip into his dreams..
So he could finally notice her.
