Never stand alone

Because your angry and upset that i have dissappeared,
My words go into this poem about everything you feared.
I am not dead, i am alive as ever before,
I am still a happy person, having fun, though maybe more.
I watch you as you sleep, I kiss your lips goodnight,
I sit next to your bed, and hold your hand so tight.
I am next to you as you walk, i am always by your side,
I told you i never leave you, and i have never lied.
Even though i am gone, I still sit in my chair,
Watching you do the dishes, and watch you play with your hair.
I still get fed up with waiting for you to get dressed.
For you are beautiful anyway, why should you be so obsessed.
You go to work each day, and i sit next to you in the car,
Thought the drive is short, for you, you say it feels so far.
I know i am not visible to you, i am like the wind that blows,
You will always feel me, where ever you may go.
You will never stand alone, even now im gone,
I will always be right beside you, as your life goes on.
You will never stand alone my dear, remember that i said,
In your heart you know its true, but you believe its not instead.
I do love you, and never would i lie,
I said i would stand by you even when i die.
