What do you do when you feel all alone?
When no one's around to hear your painful moan?
When you've been beaten up and left for dead-
By someone that's inside your head?

What do you do when your too scared for words?
When no body will listen, not even the birds?
When you need the love and care of your friend or sister
But all they give you is their frustration and anger?

What do you do when you know you need help?
When the pain is growing like a blistering welt?
When the one time no one cares to know
Is the one time you need them, cause you're in such a low?

What do you do when you hate yourself?
When all you want is mutilation of self?
When you look in the mirror, you see
All you wished you would never be?

What do you do when you've been abandoned?
When no one's left with a listening ear or hand to lend?
When the only people that pretend to care
Are the one's trying to strip you bare?

What do you do when you have nothing left?
When you feel as if you've been handcuffed?
When you try to find a reason to live
And you realize you have nothing left to give?

What do you do when you want to end your life?
When your mad and depressed and near a sharp knife?
When you know no one will care what you do?
Why should you care, if no one's going to miss you?
