Eternity

by Ms Stacy   Dec 10, 2006

Eternity spent crying over selfish fears, pity upon ones self while she neglects the troubles of the world outside her crystal cave, her life is icy cold, her heart feeling empty.
It had been so long since she had seen the sun that her smooth skin turned into a creamy white, her beautiful hair turned dark like her soul because she turned her back on the sun and warmth of the world as she stays in her eternal night.
Here she stays, afraid to leave her crystal cave, here she is safe, here no one can hurt her, here she will die alone.
She will never again feel the green grass beneath her feet, or feel the warmth of the sun shine, here she shivers in the night, alone and scared to step out into the world again.
She refuses to cry out for help, because she doesn’t want anyone to gaze upon her self pity. So here she sits waiting for no one and nothing.
