If I could be a snowflake,
I'd fall like all the rest,
But I'd land somewhere special,
And my place would be best.

I'd start out cold and dreary,
But fall upon your skin,
Melt away at the feeling,
That I have within.

Slowly roll down your neck,
Savouring your touch,
All the time wondering how,
I can love you this much.

Run along your shoulder,
Then slip down your arm,
Sliding into your hand,
Staying safe from harm.

I'd end up on your hand,
In the centre where I'm in bliss,
And to think that all this happened,
With a simple, loving kiss.
