Please tell me why
couldn't you forgive me
i wanna break down and cry
under that old oak tree

but seems like i ran out of tears
i can't express how i feel
so I'm writing this poem
hoping that time would heal

heal these wounds so deep
still waiting for forgiveness
I'll give a promise i can keep
with the winds sweet caress

if you care no more
of all the good times we had
i won't bother you anymore
if that would make you glad

if you could never forgive me
i would still thank thee
for all those times we were together
memories of you and me
