My Worst Fear

by Bryan   Dec 12, 2006

I sit here now
ashamed by guilt,
surrounded by the
walls I built.

My mind tells me to
just get over you,
but my heart tells me
that can't be true.

I can't do this
just sitting here,
I got to face it
love is my worst fear.

Its that you might not
feel the same way,
but I pray you do
each and every day.

Girl you got me twisted
don't know what to do,
All I know is that
I love you.

I realize you write a lot about love, or things related to love. though most times I think many of the poems to be quite similar, you are very able to keep variaty in your work. very good! ;)
Yet again, I think that you have written a very good poem, it is not my favorite of yours, but defenatly one of them.
The more I read your work, the higher I think of it. I don't understand why this got less comments than some other pieces you wrote.
The poem here, was easy to read (that is to say had a good flow) and overall very well written.

    sincerely,
