I really like your poem, I write poems like this all the time, not making much sense but still with a point and meaning even if it changes topics all the time. Our hearts are a pool of emotions and its hard to let all of them go at the same time when writing. I also wanted to say that I like your quote

"I can see it in your eyes at that very moment when your just dying to tell me that you love me."

Because I can see that in my boyfriends eyes when he just stares at me, but he hasn't told me he loves me yet. Your a good writer, I like your work!
