Loves cruel irony

Thinking you deserve nothing
And so desperate for anything
You are used and abused
Your fear having you consumed
You will do anything for love
Even if you are the only one in love
You will take the lies
And the pain as he tries
To control and use your obedience
And you naive with false confidence
In his actions you sit back believing
That it is you not him that is misbehaving
You want and need love to stay sane
Its such a cruel irony that its driving you insane
