Through My Misery

by Sarah Ann   Dec 13, 2006

The door slams shut, every time
Yet still I feel deep in my mind
The lock is weak, I have the key
And I'll come through so easily

But then I push on jagged nails
My hope falls down, his force prevails
The lock is jammed, and I have lost
All at my lasting pleasure's cost

Blood trickles up, drenches my face
And I don't want to see this place
Blinded I try to walk in light
Only to see that I've found night

The tunnel stands so dark and deep
It steals my breath, my soul it keeps
Through pain and screams I cannot see
I'm falling through my misery

Where do I start?? Can I even start?!? This was so amazing. I seriously seriously don't know what to say. I like the fact that you really didn't tell EXACTLY what was going on. And yeah. I'm really at a loss for words. Lol. I wish I could give you more than a 5/5. ;P Take care and God bless.
