Just Teenagers

We're all just teens fighting it through
looking for ways to start over new

we make mistakes, we do things wrong
sometimes we feel like we don't belong

we try something knew, get badly hurt
get treated like gold, and treated like dirt

we take our chances, make a bad choice
look for the one who will make us rejoice

we relie on things that aren't too healthy
we search for a job that'll make us wealthy

we fall in love, then fall apart
we suffer from that broken heart

family arguments occur more
trying to figure out what we're living for

we make mistakes, we say some things
but we conquer whatever our crazy life brings

we try to learn and try to suceed
but friends is all that we really need

we're just teenagers fighting our way
praying to make it through every day
