Two set of eyes lay on mine
The eyes fill with Blasphemy terror
A grudge lays itself upon my dire regrets
Leaving me against my ultimate fear.
The Eyes gradually creep forward
Close enough to the sound of my heart beat
It lays its head upon my restless chest
Wrapping its cold long fingers around mine.
It listens closely to the sound of my beat
Tapping upon my chest with those bleak, vile fingers
Gradually twisting its head aligned with mine
It widens its mouth exploiting a foul stench that penetrates my nostrils.
I cringe rapidly until it grabs me by the neck
Thrusting my neck into a state of breathlessness
It crawls into the covers just below my feet
Dragging me into unspeakable darkness.
Drenched the sheets are of my crimson fluid
Upon my neck the slice was carved into a symbol
The symbol of malicious and ominous scourge
The Sign Of My Fear.
