Deepest Desires, Darkess Truths

by Joshua   Dec 15, 2006

I wait here watching....
You are oblivious of my gaze...
My heart tingles at the mere thought of seeing you...
Though I know I wont be seeing you for long...

My wish is to taste your inviting lips...
The same lips that form those angelic words...
My skin tingles when I imagine running my fingers through your hair...
I pray for a day when this waiting will be over...

Yet these are only figments of my imagination...
Dreams in the hidden parts of my mind and heart...
I believe your heart doesn't rush when you see me...
Not like mine which races a marathon just at the glimpse of you...

These are my desires but the real truth is I may never get my wishes...
