Twisted

by Chris   Dec 15, 2006

Cruel words and nameless foes
Depressing secrets nobody knows
Bloodshot eyes and scarred hands
Forgotten love and broken bands
To many games and to many lies
To many whens and to many whys
Nobody's unique, nobody's gifted
Affection is gone, spirits are never lifted
Never sleeping but always dreaming
Never scared but always screaming
My minds blank my memory's unlisted
Thinking of someone, making myself twisted
Motionless but not dead
Remembering the unnecessary blood Ive bled
Thinking clearly but thoughts are drifted
Useless, violated and twisted
Burnt out, vacant and hollow
No more shadow left to follow
The sky has fallen, the suns shone its last ray
And a boy still stands, asking his love to stay.
