Your kiss

by Molly   Dec 15, 2006

In touch with my inner being
Yet, lost.
I don't know who I am anymore.
My eyes go beyond seeing.
Beneath my wings I soar,
But I'm grounded
Puzzled and sincerely vexed
My racing heart now pounds
Not knowing what happens next
All these chimes, these sounds,
Seep through covered ears.
Drawing near, closer than before
Palms sweating, knees weak
Fighting a lost war
Oh my God when did I become this meek,
And not notice.
One more lean, a turn of the neck
Closer now, coming closer still
This itch has me in check.
Been so long without this thrill,
I lean.
Skin to skin, warm to the bone
Sweet, short, hungry I ravish at the touch
Pitiful weeps, a cautious moan
God I have missed this so much
Eyes wide shut as the feeling disappears.
A want to hold on but having to let go.
I choke on unwanted tears
Release my sorrow, my woe,
Feel it seep in.
A hand clasps mine, takes it to the heart.
I feel the pressure, the pounding beats
A luring kiss, for a start.
A taste of her gentle sweets,
A quiver and I'm lost.

You had some nice images and wording this poem.
The flow was pretty good too, you didn't ramble.
    Well done
