I cant believe its come to this after all these years,
We had always said we'd be friends forever
Through blood, sweat and tears.
But I guess that sayings only destined to be half true;
I mean it weren't for me but I guess it was for you.
Coz I never said a bad word about you,
I always was faithful,
Like friends supposed to do.
I was there for the time you fell in love,
A guy no good for you,
More interested in the drugs.
And I swore I would protect you 'till the end,
Never let him hurt you coz you were my best friend.
But I guess thats the way things change,
People grow up,
Aint no better way to explain.
Though I cant believe you would turn your back
We got so many memories...
You cant seriously say you dont remember none of that!
Maybe it was my fault you act the way you do...
I dont know why but it seems the only valuable excuse.
My only problem right now is my loyalty,
See you hurt me so bad,
But I still wouldn't ever wanna hurt you.
So I guess im'a leave it to these words,
To explain why Im no longer feeling any love.
And as we approach our separate paths,
