Beautiful Girl

She's a beautiful girl,
buts she's breaking inside,
she smiles and pretends,
as if every things alright,

but no one knows,
that she's barely hanging on,
these tears he causes,
they're streaming down her face,

those tears just shouldn't be there,
he's suppose to bring her happiness,
make her smile like no other,
but she's left waiting by the phone,

it's not gonna ring,
he's not calling back,he never has,
and he never will,
she just can't give up though,
she's clinging onto those dreams,

trying so hard but getting nothing back,
ready to fall down and scream,
she puts on her tough face,
and doesn't let anyone see her cry,
doesn't let anyone see her break,

because that's who she is,
