Love Haiku-like poems

by Sheree Speaks   Dec 16, 2006

The sun is setting.
It's off the bed with the sky.
The colors dissolve.
----------------------------------------
A tree is dead.
But a flowers blooms beside it.
It's as if this was meant to be.
----------------------------------------
When the sun comes to visit,
The tulip opens to it's vivid colors.
When the sun leaves, it closes.
----------------------------------------
I stand facing the ocean.
The tide touches my toes,leaves.
But I stay still 'cause I know it'll be back.
----------------------------------------
In my silent dreams.
Deep into my slumber.
I'll wait for you there.
