The flower of power
A scent from above
A moment to cherish
As the air flows with love...

Like a red rose
Pulled from a bouquet
I gently hand it to you
Taking your breath away...

Hidden behind the petals
Revealing your angelic face
A glimmering smile
To forever embrace...

Caressing your sweet cheeks
Grabbing it from the stem
Tears from your eyes
You are my one and only gem...

    This is so beautiful! I should I say enchanting. I think it is one of the best I have ever read. I am partial to roses, that is what my husband always gave to me. I really loved this poem. Excellent job!
