A Solitary Soul Brooding Over Difficulties of a Rampant Heart

by Weeping Wolf   Dec 18, 2006

A Solitary Soul Brooding Over the Difficulties of a Rampant Heart/ Theres a Meaning in these Absurd Memories

Being uprooted, miles of memories
trying to find the meaning\'s core
the crest of our differences and loss
the vast longing of an infinite life
but only gifted few use it as imagination.

like the burning tree
the depths of the sea
slip off your soft skin
seeking all not seen
concern not accounted for
mists of a great storm
brooding over an old love
a rampant heart wild as wind
fighting wiser indignation

For throughout, humans slowly change
to become what they had tried to stop.

Painting over the scars
running from the spirit
please create this dream
with tender indifference
and remind the lost world
of what is meaningless
and what time before life
was like without the new dawn
that wakes us with reason every morn.

*Dedicated to my wise brother, Micheal. Never loose hope, sometimes the most lonely souls are the strongest.
