I will give you a few hints,

Hey buddy! I may reply,
As I walk on by.
And I will let you know, if I may suggest,

I like peppermint,
But, I dont smell like it.
I do have my permit,
And it didnt take too long to get.
So, do you think that you know who I am yet?
Maybe yes, maybe no??
I dont usually like the snow,
Although, I do like to listen to the radio.
And flowers I do like to grow.
I dont do tobacco,
But, I have a terrible throw.

My hair can have its own attitudes,
But, that wont exclude happy,
That one it definitely includes.
Once in a while I may be a little snappy,
But that just may mean that my day was crappy.

My friend & I laugh a lot,
And sometime even have the same thought.
We joke around and have fun,
But, we really hate to run.
We are a little weird,
But, neither of us have a beard.

My hair is sweet,
And I would really love a treat.
It may look like cotton candy,
Or bubble gum?
But, I think it looks dandy.
I will admit that I may be a bum,
But, once in a while,
I might have something you might find handy.

I am almost out of hints,

But, I do have one thing going for me,
I hardly have any drama.
