Anyway, just to clarify a "cliche" poem means a poem with a very common and over used subject, which is also written with no originality, or imagination, and is the same as every other love poem...no new ideas etc.

Sorry, but I didn't understand what he was going to quit, (on the fourth line) I hope this isn't forced rhyme.
Loved the bit about being blonde in the thrid stanza, it made me smile because I'm blonde and know exactly what you mean lol.
