My delayed apology

I'm sorry I said those horrid things
I didn't realize they left such a sting

I apologize for my endless lies
and making u feel like u wanted to die

forgive me for the confusion i caused those hopeless months on end
I didn't know from those incidents u would never mend

I'm sorry I blamed you for it all, when we fell apart,
but mostly I am sorry for
shattering your heart
