Pk 1st of all the poem is good im sure everyone can understand what that feels like. as for not being able to get things off your mind my advice is sport through it, write down what is troubling you it dosen't have to be a poem, it dosen't even have to make sense it should be for you and only you. read throlugh your list and think why these things are on your mind? people who have passed away might be coming to mind bcoz there is somthing unresolved that you want to sort out concerning them if thats true then talk to them, you may not see them but they are listeneing. as for your father leaving i dont really know i have never known what thats like but i can tell you now dont ever blae yourself whatever reason he left was his own and not bcoz of you, if possible why not give him a call, if he is out of your life alltogether and f his own choice (picked up and left oyu without telling you a thing about where he was going) then 4get it he sounds weak. now as for guys dont worry bout em' if you're outside havcing fun with m8s guy issues tend to resolve themselves.
