Cancer...Why?

Cancer...what a dreadful thing
Such a hateful sickness

It will take a life or two
And cause strife along the way
And this is the least that i can say

Cancer, i hate you
Every single kind from lung, to breast, pancreas too
I truly hate every one of you

You took two grandparents, a friends mom, who will it be next?

Probably someone i don't even know!
But gosh you sickness give it a rest!

Leave these people alone...
They all have known..for quite some time...

That they were going to die!
And cancer, i ask you one thing now why??
