Little Orphan Seeks Interesting New God (MY MIND)

by Grotesque Angel   Dec 19, 2006

Painting a canvas,
Start it with white,
Find all your colors,
Magnificent sight

Blue and red,
Yellow and green,
Now your brush,
Make it unclean

The clearness of white starts to fade,
Realizing now this isn't a trade,
All these colors inside my head,
Laying now upon my bed

As the paint thickens,
So does the plot,
But this isn't Dikens,
And paint this was not

Each color a thought,
Each canvas a day,
Filled a whole room,
Insane they would say

Now this 'art' wont go away,
My situation dire,
Lead me to another place,
My strongest liquid fire

Bueatiful. You seem to paint a canvas with your words and that is truly a talent. There is a depth to this poem as well that seems to be unique as it is relatable. Great job.
