Why do I treat you right all along.
And all you do is do me wrong.
Why do I have your back,
And you say if something happens that you're not going to help me and that's a fact.
Why do I keep trying,
And you don't care if our relationship is dying.
Why do I cry myself to sleep,
And you just sit next to me.
Why do I stay faithful,
And you play me everyday and its cool,
Why is it that people tell me to leave but I stay,
And you're not even there the next day.
Why do I call you every five minutes every time you're away,
And all you do is hang up in my face.
Why do I think about you all of the time,
But you wouldn't think about me if I'd done a crime.
Why do I show my emotions instead of making them hide,
And you always keep yours bottled up inside.
Why do I want to stay with you and I write,
And all you want to do is fight.
Why do I get happy when I see you,
And you look at my as if saying, you're nothing new.
Why do I try my best to make you happy,
But you could care less about me.
Why do I lie to people for you,
But when I do dirt and someone asks you say its true.
Why do I believe every thing you tell me as an alibi,
But every thing I tell you, you say it's a lie.
Why do I want to cuddle with you until I fall asleep,
But you don't even want to touch or look at me.
Why do I make dinner for you to eat at night,
But you say you're not hungry, that's not right.
Why do I love you the way you are and tell you don't change.
And you always look toward the bad and tell me not to stay the same.
Why do I make you seem like a bad person in this poem,
And the only time you're like this is if we get into it and aren't getting along.
Why do I tell you I love you,
And you mean it when you say I love you too.
Why would I stay with you rather than any other boy,
Because with you I'm always happy and there's always something to enjoy.
Why would I stick with you if it was problems we were going through,
Maybe because I love You.
