Will You Notice

by cici89   Dec 19, 2006

I sit here,
Tears streaming down my face,
Wondering what comes next,
Wishing to predict the future,

The only sound in this world of blackness,
Is the steady drip, drip, drip of my blood,
It begins to form a puddle,
A puddle I can hopefully drown in,

I wish someone could understand,
Hear my silent pleas,
I scream as loud as I can,
But no one comes,

As depression takes hold,
Pulls me farther and farther down,
I learn there's nothing more to do,

One less life,
One less person,
But as I leave this hell we call Earth,
I learn one more thing,
Nobody noticed
