Tear Formation

In the corner of an eye,
a simple tear is found.
Washing all the pain away,
without a single sound.
Inside the soul, the weeping,
within the mind, unheard.
Though there is volumes speaking,
it utters not a word.

The heart is cast into the dark,
with not a chance to mend.
It's torn away without remorse
and thrown against the wind.
Shattered with confusion
of a time known long ago,
Or was it just illusion
of a love put on for show.

Among the fallen teardrops
is a hope of heart's desire.
Inside the mind, a simple thought
consumed by fates own fire.
Within the realms of helplessness
that simple tear is seen,
A beacon to the hardened souls
as it passes through their dreams

    This is one of the most amazing poems you have ever written. The flow and rhyme were right on, the message was amazing, and your word choice was just outstanding. I think this is a new favorite poem of mine. If I could give it a 10 I would!
