Our Love Is Different

Our love is different is what I was told.....
For his hand is the only one you hold.
This didn't make sense nor will it ever.

But now I've figured out that, this is one reason why we'll be together forever.

Your love is special said another one.
And I immediately asked "how?"
They said that we'd soon have the answer, just not now.

I don't know how they knew it, but they sure did.
They knew this love was true.
Way before you and me could even see.

I'm glad those people said that.
It made me truly see that our love is different for our love is true.

My love will forever remain true, and only open to you!
