Can God Send Me an Angel

Can god send me an angel to heal my broken heart
A guardian from above to keep me from falling apart
I need an angel to watch over me
to make sure I don't hurt myself for a love that will never be

Can god send me an angel to shower me with love
and lift me from this hell and carry me above
can god send me an angel to make me strong again
cause all my strength left me when I lost my best friend

Can god send me an angel to take away my sins
so that he would love me again and erase the pain I hold in
can god send me angel to hold onto me tight
so the devil doesn't get the better of me every single night

Can god send me angel to protect me and guide my way
so that life can be alot easier without him everyday
can god send me angel to wipe the tears from my eyes
and wrap its wings around me so I no longer have to cry

Can god send me angel to heal my broken heart
because without my angel Im just falling apart

    this has to be my most favourite poem i have read from you so far. This is sooooo heartfelt and my heart went out to you with every line. Incredible moving, such a desperate cry for help. Im sure yoh have an angel with you, probably just dont realise it. What a wonderful write showing incredible talent. Stay strong.
