I asked my grandma "What buried the dead?"

I helped an old lady cross the road,
And gave all my friends some load.
I helped a kitty down a tree.
Now I have done three.
I had a part time job at the hospital,
And gave the poor my earned total.
I planted trees in the park.
At school, I had a good grade mark.
I handed people their newspaper,
And rubbed the backs of old people with oil.
Now I know the answer,
The dead were buried by the soil.
