The End

by She Is My Rain   Dec 22, 2006

A tear shimmers against the moonlight upon her face.
Was it over? Could this be the end?
All it would take was a slit to her wrist and all her pain would bleed away.

A tear slowly rolls down her face as the blood trickles to the ground.
It was over. This was the end.
She breathes her last breath and
holds onto the memory of his smile
as her reality turns into a dream.
