The Fire Within

There's a flame burning within
A strength that helps me stand up
Against the past and where I've been
And make my heart jump

To gather up my strength
And gain a lot of courage
To actually earn a rank
And blow my horrible rage

To light up and shine

And fight with all your might

To get away from my fears
To free myself away
To cry out all my tears
And never see the light of day

I want to find a cure
To find myself again
To once again be pure
To get away from all those men

I can only depend on me
No love in this world
The only one left that can see
That can change this whole world

The courage and trust
Of one that obtains
And absolute must
To fight off all the pains

To stand up an fight
To not need to love
