The Simple Truth

by Gasttlee   Dec 26, 2006

People want the best out of life,
but some of them make the wrong choices.

People want others around them who are loyal,
yet most of them associate themselves with people that are trouble.

If we truly want the best,
why do some of us go the opposite direction?

Is it because of pressure?

Is it to impress others?

I believe people want to accept and believe in the truth,
but too many of them burden themselves in fear of what other people will say or think.

I'm not finding any fault in that
for this is only natural.

However, I think the way that fear is used is crucial
and not to be taken lightly.

I feel one of the reasons our world has so many problems
is because most people want everyone to act the same
instead of being the individuals we are meant to be.

There are plenty of people who find fault
and blame others who act as individuals.

All I am saying is this.

Don't be afraid to do something to avoid humiliation
and don't do anything to be humiliated.

Most important of all,
don't be afraid of your individuality
and be that individual inside and outside.

I'm not saying this for me.
I'm saying this for all of you,
for this is nothing short of a truth.

The Simple Truth.
