Its just a wonderland, I know.
We fall with Alice down a hole.
We try to grab what we can hold
before the story has been all told.

Its just a wonderland; but its grand.
If Alice had someone to hold her hand.
If Alice had someone who cared.
If Alice could have been prepared.

But there are no guides in the fall.
Doesn't matter if you are big or small.
Doesn't matter what you can take.
There are some things you can't fake.

Still we can chase an elusive dream.
Everything is not as it might seem.
The journey is still worth the trip.
We can still recover from the slip.
