Day at the beach

Do you remember that day at the beach
sun beating and pure blue skies
and there we all were
Jade,Darren,Deano,Bri and i
what a giggle it was
and think of the fun
all sat there chatting
just chilling under the sun
covering me in sun lotion
and Darren in that pink sarong
wanting that day to go on
because it just didn't feel that long
hours we sat there and laughed
and talking about this and that
and how could i forget
that guy in the cool hat
the day back in summer
when everything was alright
and us five all together
we were proper tight
and as are friendships go on
new memories we'll make
and more days like beach
will come and all of us will partake
