Again a few capitalization mistakes, which is very important in a poem, and dont use slang like (ur) in poems, but overall this is a excellent poem great job,this is what it should look like:

Love you

When I woke up I saw your face,
the love was there,
your aw-sum smile,
your sweet smelling hair.

You are the one,
my true love,
to the end,
till were above.

Always forever,
your in my my mind,
my heart is open,
that you will find.
