To my best friend

I deserve to die,
what's the point of having me live?
I've taken all I could,
though I had nothing I could give.

I'm unworthy, I'm useless;
I've done unmentionable things,
I never could seem to see
all the pain that what I do brings.

I'm selfish I'm stupid;
I care about no other,
for once I can see my life
through the eyes of another.

I've hurt my family;
I've hurt my friends;
and with these words
my life soon ends.

to my best friend,
though my words mean nothing to you,
